Work

Design For Use, LLC

Project & Operations Manager, 2010-2014

User Experience Researcher, 2009-2010

I had the pleasure of wearing many hats while at Design For Use. Primarily, I was a project manager, but working in a small office with five coworkers, I also handled talent searches, our hiring process, final approval of deliverables, staff meetings, and managing the day-to-day activities of the office.

We had a partner office in Gurgaon, India, so I also served as the chief liaison between the two offices. That means I was used to working late nights to catch our Indian cohorts on Skype, or coming in early to touch base before they headed home at the end of the day.
